Zanna was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. During her travels, Zanna and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Zanna discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Zanna fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people
