History: She got into the Priest business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Hatae's homeland. Hatae decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
