History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Jarsali learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.
