Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Veit was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Philomena's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A freak accident while working with his Carter mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
