Description: 5'2" and muscular, this northern man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Henry was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Henry grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Henry. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he is greedy

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears skinny pants and wears a blue and tan robe with the hood down. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He is baby faced.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He has taken up work as a Marshal and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister
