History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Frouse never married again.
