Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Seere took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.
