History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Personality: Hobart speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hobart grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
