History: Chay hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sybil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sybil. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
