His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Raer speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable.
