History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: She got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: She wears a blue tunic with pastel highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
