History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Pennie was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is her passion

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
