Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ogbur never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
