She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: Mreksh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
