Description: A 4'5" eastern man, he wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has wavy silver hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Morgran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Morgran. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
