History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lavinia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Nuraval was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Seamstress. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
