He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Whurbin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
