Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gifted student he started as a Actor, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Nogu and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
