Description: This man stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear flannel. He keeps his purple hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Xappan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. He has a very tight haircut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Quarion grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This light-skinned female wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Naivara reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
