Personality: Phelaia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father.
