History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Finellen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
