History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Xanaphia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Xanaphia has worked very hard to control her curse. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Beggar. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Trey was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
