History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Slave Trader. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Mardred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She now mingles about in high society.
