Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Decarabia studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His white eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
