History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age her mother died while driving off some brigands. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in falchion use. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is greedy
