She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Animal Trainer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
