Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
