Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. A true patriot, Sybil would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
