History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He became a Bricklayer soon after.
