Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Tippletoe was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
