History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ermina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ermina. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.
