Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gormogord embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Gormogord was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: She wears long strands of sapphire and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and carries shortbows. She sports a flattop hair cut. She has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: Antinua is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Antinua is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ar-Karo grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ar-Karo took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born to a Bricklayer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and expand his business
