History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Nija took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
