History: Mamnen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nija's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Beast is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Beast was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
