She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Mella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Tenena was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tenena's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of a Glassblower, who enjoyed hunting, Katherine was taken on many hunting expeditions. Katherine liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
