History: Norûk was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
