History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Ida hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
