Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and money/treasure

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on her torso. Her yellow fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.
