History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and someone believes her a fraud
