History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tatyan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
