Description: She dresses like a well dressed Mayor does. She carries a battered rapier and tarnished kukri as well. Her long rusty crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Nala was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mayor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Description: An older man who wears dark leathers with embroidery, he is not a threatening figure. His silver crest, when down, is lengthy. His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears bulky violet painted plate armor. His hair is long and brown with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
