Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Doctor for the past few years.
