History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Joan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gunnloda was born the youngest of three triplets. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
