History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Helen lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has worked as a Masseuse like her mother before her.
