Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Ilga lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
