Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Joan is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Shipwright job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Galiena was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Sellsword. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
