History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Ootah was taken on many hunting expeditions. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A true patriot, Lidda would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the south. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
