She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Barakas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand.
