Description: An older man who wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the south to a Gardener, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now owns his own business.
