History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
